This is the third series of monographs prepared and published by the International Labour Office on industrial relations in selected undertakings. The primary aim of the office in making these studies was not to secure international comparitability, but to picture the organisation of relations between heads of firms and their staffs in the diverse conditions in which such relations may develop.
